Love is universal but the way we love is so personal.

We have a birth chart, a background and loads of inherited influencing, all coming together to create our unique relationship patterning.

Our relationships are brilliant mirrors. Reflections of ourselves, they expose our personal patterns. Unconsciously we pick our people to match these patterns so we can get in touch with them and ultimately reconcile with them.

So much about attraction and who we love ~ how we love ~ is mysterious and unconscious. There’s plenty we can be conscious about though, especially around who we are and what we bring to our relationships. We always have agency and options.

This workshop will wildly increase your options. It’s so important to understand our personal preferences and non-negotiables before we even try to share ourselves with anyone else. By opening our Love Triangle ~ aka our Moon, Venus and Mars ~ we’ll discover our relationship requirements, along with our very particular desires, needs and wants. Together we’ll explore how we can satisfy ourselves healthily and go after the style of love we want confidently, feeling safe to show up the way we like and advocate for how we like it.

Our emotional, soft-centred Moon is at the apex of our love triangle. Forever seeking mutual affection, healthy relating depends on our Moon’s satisfaction. Venus chooses best when our Moon isn’t left wanting. She signifies our self-worth and is our quality controller. We don’t want her feeling desperate. A secure Mars depends on the Moon’s nourishment so it can protect us and have the strength to sense what feels good.

You’ll discover your Moon, Venus and Mars energies and how this interplay of planets deliciously feeds and supports each other, leading to a closer loving life. Understanding how you are their common denominator and have so much to gain from tapping into their combined strength is an absolute pattern breaker. And by getting familiar with the way they love, we can fall in love deeply and gracefully with our self-esteem and integrity intact. Advocating for ourselves not just while we’re in the process of finding love but all through our relationships, even when the limerence fades.

This workshop will benefit you no matter what state or stage of love you’re in. It’s especially for you if want to deepen your self-love. It’s for women of all ages ~ come with a friend, your daughter, sister or Mum.

The Moon in your birth chart is the symbolic representation of your emotional self. A tender container for your feeling nature, it is constantly tuning into what fills your heart, makes you happiest, soothes you and nourishes you. It’s your all-time go-to support system.

Your child’s Moon is in development. Every day they are learning what feels good, safe, protective and loving, storing their emotional responses in their Moon memory bank. This will form their ‘Moonprint’, the unique template they will use to care and be cared for throughout their life.

Children are Moon naturals. Emotionally present, they feel innocently and instinctively ~ big, strong, glad, sad and mad. Sometimes they feel the entire opposite of what we feel…

This workshop will give you precious insight into your child’s emotional style. By exploring the Moon through the signs and houses you’ll discover how your child expresses, channels and processes their emotions and how they intuitively find their happy place to rest, recover, flourish and thrive.

When we understand our child’s lunar makeup we can nurture them in the way they need it, not just how it feels comfortable for us. Your own Moon will rise in the process! We’ll discuss how to respectfully share emotional space with your child, and why feeding your own Moon is one of the most responsible things you can do for yourself. We want you to feel cared for too!

Finding support through stories, images and real life examples you’ll gain practical knowledge and helpful tips to nourish your child’s innate sensitivity and help them navigate the emotional ups and downs we all experience.

Kids need a safe nest to return to. Set them up emotionally and they will find their Moon landing, the most nourishing place to be.

Suitable for parents, grandparents, caregivers, teachers and anyone who has a role caring for kids. While the focus will be on children from brand-new babies to 12 year olds, the info applies to very big kids too.

Workshop cost is per family unit.

Everyone will receive a recorded copy of the workshop plus a PDF of my presentation, including lots of visuals and takeaway text for you to refer back to.

You’ll also receive copies of you and your child’s birth charts so you can see your Moons for yourself.

By exploring the Moon through the signs and houses, you’ll feel how your Moon moves through you. You’ll learn what it needs from you and find your Moon landing, where you instinctively go for refuge, comfort and connection.

You’ll see how our individual feeling styles are so intertwined with our relating styles. We’ll discuss how our Moons operate in relationship and why ‘feeding our Moon’ is so important if we want to meet as emotionally secure individuals.

Ultimately we want to come together from a place of stability, not fragility. This workshop will show you how to be softer to yourself while building your emotional core so you can remain centred and sensitive to the many moods of your Moon.

Your Ascendant, aka your rising sign, is the beginning of you and your birth chart. It’s the astrological energy you were born into. The vibration that was rising at the exact moment of your birth. The energy you’re ‘rising’ towards for this lifetime.

It was your first experience of the world, your first look at life and where you took your first independent breath. Every time you experience a ‘first’ you instinctively draw on this energy. It’s your protection, your life lens, your armour, the mask you wear. A mask to rely on to keep what’s underneath safe. We need this.

In this workshop we’ll explore each astrological ascendant and how they look after us. We’ll uncover how they operate in protective mode and what happens when our mask becomes overprotective, our life lens gets murky and it’s hard to take a breath.

You’ll learn how to breathe life into your birth chart so you can unlock your armour, pick up your pieces and get back into your flow.

There’ll be time for listening and sharing and questions too.
